The apartment
Le Chalet des Pin’ — Immeuble Les Arcades, 63 impasse du Forum, 74440 Morillon, Les Esserts, Haute-Savoie, France. A duplex apartment for up to six adults and four children, on the third and top floor without a lift. Registration number shown in the listing: 74190000320EF.
Minimum stay: seven nights. Check-in from 4 pm; check-out by 10 am.
Enquiries and payment
The form sends a stay enquiry for the owner to review; it does not confirm a booking. The owner checks availability, provides the total price and rental conditions, and personally approves the stay. Payment is by bank transfer only, under the agreed terms. No online payment is offered.
Bank details are provided personally after agreement. Cancellation conditions, payment deadlines, any security deposit and tourist tax are set out in the offer and rental agreement before you commit. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included; any other supplements are specified in the offer.
Availability
The site reads the Airbnb and Abritel calendars approximately every fifteen minutes. Changes from the platforms may take several hours to appear. Displayed availability is therefore indicative and must be confirmed by the owner. If a calendar cannot be read, previously blocked dates remain unavailable and new enquiries are temporarily suspended.
A pending enquiry does not hold any nights. Approved stays and the owner’s personal blocks make dates unavailable on this site. Approved direct stays and personal blocks are shared with Airbnb and Abritel through private iCal feeds. Airbnb normally reads imported calendars every three hours and Abritel approximately every thirty minutes. These delays mean that iCal cannot eliminate the risk of simultaneous bookings; the owner checks both platforms before approving a stay.
Your personal information
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, requested dates, party details and message to respond to your enquiry and organise your stay. Please do not include identity documents, card numbers or other sensitive information.
Your enquiry is stored in the site’s Cloudflare database, accessible only to signed-in owners, and sent to lechaletdespin@gmail.com through FormSubmit. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for thirty days. Please see the FormSubmit privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy.
Enquiries that do not lead to an approved stay are removed from the site database after 180 days without an update. For approved stays, information required to manage the stay and contractual documents is retained according to applicable obligations. To access, correct or request deletion of your information, contact lechaletdespin@gmail.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL.
No advertising or external audience tracking is used. The owner area uses a strictly necessary session cookie lasting up to eight hours. Photos are served from this site. Public availability calendars do not disclose guest names or contact details.
