A family apartment in Morillon 1100, in the Giffre Valley. Warm and spacious, it is a peaceful place to spend time together and enjoy the mountains at your own pace.
The duplex brings together a generous living area, three double bedrooms with shower rooms and a room for four children. Beds are made on arrival; linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
On the third and top floor, reached by stairs. There is no lift.

Morillon Les Esserts is a family-friendly resort at 1,100 metres in Haute-Savoie, with ski-in, ski-out access. In summer, forests, Alpine pastures and the Lac Bleu are made for walks, cycling and days outdoors. Village markets and local produce add to the experience.
With Switzerland and Geneva close by, Geneva International Airport is a convenient gateway to Haute-Savoie and your peaceful base in Les Esserts.

From Morillon, explore Samoëns, Les Carroz and Flaine on the linked Grand Massif slopes. Forest runs, open high-altitude terrain and views of Mont Blanc give each day a different feel.
The area brings together five resorts, including Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, and reaches 2,500 metres. Its varied runs suit family days, learning and longer ski outings, with the appropriate pass and subject to slope and link openings.
Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval can be reached from Flaine via the Cascades run when it is open. The return involves a shuttle to Samoëns; allow time for the last lifts.

Geneva Airport, in Switzerland, is the nearest air gateway. Allow a little over an hour by road to Morillon 1100, and longer in traffic or winter weather.

How is a booking confirmed?
After your enquiry, we check availability and agree the price and conditions with you personally. Your stay is confirmed by the owner, with payment by bank transfer. There is no instant booking.
Are linen and cleaning included?
Beds are made for your arrival. Bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
Is the apartment suitable for families?
Yes. This family apartment welcomes up to six adults and four children, with four bedrooms including a children’s room. It is on the third floor, with no lift. Parties and events are not allowed; please keep noise down and respect the neighbours and shared areas.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The minimum stay is 7 nights. Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Access details are sent before your stay.
What should we do before check-out?
Before you leave, please:
- Take all rubbish and recycling to the sorting bins outside the building.
- Wash the dishes, empty the dishwasher and put the clean dishes away.
- Remove your own food from the refrigerator.
- Switch off the lights.
- Close the windows and the balcony door.
- Return the keys according to the instructions you received.
End-of-stay cleaning remains included.
Can we bring a pet?
A pet may be accepted with our agreement. Please mention it in your request; any supplement will be confirmed before you book. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on sofas and armchairs.
